For more than 20 years, I have helped people learn, improve processes, and become more comfortable using technology. People often tell me I have a gift for making complicated things easier to understand and creating an environment where they feel comfortable asking questions. I especially enjoy helping someone reach that “Oh, now I get it” moment and leave ready to apply what they have learned.

I enjoy bringing together training, learning technology, LMS leadership, employee development, and process improvement. I would be part of a collaborative team that sees technology not simply as a system to maintain, but as a way to help people work more effectively, solve problems, and build confidence.
