Workflow Design
Overview
This example demonstrates how I design resources that help people quickly find and use information in real-world situations.
At several organizations, I developed organizational charts and structured documents that went beyond static references. These included interactive elements such as hyperlinks, navigation paths, and index pages to make content easier to access and use.
This approach was also applied to organizing Standards of Practice documentation. By using bookmarks and structured navigation in Microsoft Word, I created a system that allowed leadership and staff to quickly locate relevant information without needing to search through an entire table of document links.
